How It Works
- During your appointment, I will take high-resolution photographs of the mole(s) using a dermatoscope.
- Your images are securely submitted to a UK-based consultant dermatologist, who will assess and report back with expert recommendations, typically within 48 hours.
- If any concerns are raised, we will guide you through the appropriate referral pathway (e.g. your GP or an urgent referral for further investigation).

Who is this for?
NAD+ Injection Therapy
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring molecule that plays a key role in energy production, cellular repair, and healthy ageing. Levels decline with age, contributing to tiredness, brain fog, poor sleep, and signs of ageing.

Treatment Overview
• Delivery: Subcutaneous injection.
• Course: Loading dose once a week for 4 weeks, followed by monthly maintenance

Side Effects?
NAD+ injection therapy is generally well tolerated when administered by a trained professional. However, as with any injectable treatment, some people may experience mild, short-term side effects, including:
• Redness, swelling, or tenderness at the injection site.
• Flushing or warmth during or shortly after treatment.
• Mild headache or light-headedness.
• Digestive upset (rare).
• Fatigue or low mood for a short period as the body adjusts.
These effects are usually temporary and resolve within hours to a few days. Drinking plenty of water and resting can help minimise any discomfort. You will be assessed for suitability before treatment and monitored afterwards.
Not suitable for
Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions (including active cancer, liver/kidney disease, or known allergies to NAD+ formulations).
Aftercare Advice
• Stay well hydrated – Drink plenty of water before and after treatment.
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours to support detoxification.
• If you experience mild discomfort, paracetamol (not ibuprofen) can be used unless contraindicated.
• Avoid intense exercise or heat treatments (e.g. sauna) on the same day.
• Monitor how you feel and rest if needed.
